Minor Edits To Wordpress Theme

I am trying to build a website using wordpress. The demo is here: [login to view URL] The design that I want is inspired by: [login to view URL] The wordpress theme is this one: [login to view URL] I will provide the theme to you. I have done most of the edits, but a few remain: 1. I need to change the header, especially the search and RSS button. I would like the search and RSS changed to be presented as on [login to view URL] Also, these two items should be moved to be flush with the logo (on the same level at the bottom). This would give space to add something on top of the search and RSS button (perhaps a tiny image). 2. As seen on [login to view URL], I would like it if when you hover on an item on the navigation, the colour of the line below changes to red. Red only, no need for separate colours for different items. 3. The theme I am using has a widget that displays the most popular posts on the sidebar. You can see this on the demo link. I would like the output for this widget changed so that displays something similar to what is on [login to view URL] i.e. a number, a square thumbnail of the post's image and its title. I have attached an image of what the site should look like when you are done. (Focus on the items I have mentioned above.) I would like this to be completed as soon as possible.
