MediaWiki skin change (need advertising script)

Hello. I am in need of someone who can create a script for MediaWiki that allows for advertising space inside the wiki. You can view the wiki here: [login to view URL] Our thinking was having an adsense type thing (only this will be for our links only, not something picked up from adsense) under the main menu and above the main text. This will have to be rotating for every page within the wiki, and should at maximum contain six different text links. If someone wants to do it, please bid. A bidder will be selected as soon as we are confident one has been found. It is REQUIRED that you test this on another wiki before going inside our own with your code, unless you are absolutely sure you know what you are doing. Wiki is PHP and CSS and everyone with some skills in those departments should be able to do this. Another wiki will be set up for you to test on before applying the changes to the main wiki. Thank you
