Drupal website redesign: header, logo and Flash item to add

** Project Description ** Following a transition to Drupal (6.19), the website for this project needs to have a small redesign. Please check below for the current website before making your bid. [login to view URL] The change that needs to be made should be similar to the top part of the Drupal page [login to view URL] (1) Banner: the banner needs to be 100% of the page size. On the left the logo for the website and a text (which is not part of the logo). The right part of the banner needs to include three links to language changes (English - Spanish - Dutch) and the search box. (2) Menu: below the banner there should be a number of tabbed menu buttons depening on the number of items on the menu (if we extend the menu items the tabs should increase) (3) Teaser: below the menu a Flash presentation should be added. Note: the design of the Flash piece is not contained in the project scope although provides may do suggestions. The banner should be similar to the one compared to (three items, numbered 1-2-3). Indicate wheter your scope includes the Flash item. A mockup in PSD or otherwise should be provided before acceptance of the design.
