Kayako esupport migration

We have 2 installs of Kayako Esupport. We need to migrate data from old database to new [login to view URL] cannot move entire database as both are in use and have data in them. I have already exported the KB and users. Here are requirements. Old system is used by 2 companies so has 2 template groups. We only need data from 1 of the groups. Import all tickets less than 90 days old and in depts belonging to group1 Import all new users + related data who have registered since my last import and are active. - exclude users created by SPAM emails.(not sure what filter to use, perhaps exclude users with 0 tickets) - only import users who registered on group1
