Wordpress theme

I need a Wordpress theme. I want everybody to be able to post to my blog without having to login as authors, or even register (completelly anonymous). But I want registered users to be able to put a tracking code (like Analytics), and enter his own AdSense publisher code to the pages he design. They should, however, be logged it to post comments - I want a very simple a fast registration process - no e-mail confirmation, only captcha. Users should be able to publish his own page immediatly, without previous approval (but I would be the only editor, capable of deleting posts). This site should use a different form of simplified publishing front-end. Timing is fundamental. If you place a short deadline (with reasonable price), you're much likely winnig this project.
