Need 1000 bulk emails sent

I need someone to send out approx 1000 emails for me. I will provide the email addresses and the text (approx 1 page)I want sent. You must provide me with proof of mailing and let me know when you can send them and the price as well as how you can provide me with which emails were delivered and which emails were non deliverable, opt outs etc... Preference is given to GAF experienced members.
