This application has the following databases :
1. Medicine detail,consist of : Medicine name, price, pharmacy, contract number, contract date
2. Pharmacy detail,consist of : Pharmacy name, Location
3. Medicine contract, consist of : Contract date, contract number, pharmacy name, list of medicine at that contract.
Explanation : we always renew the contract with the supplier (I.e pharmacy) when they announce increasing in medicine price
This application has the following module :
1.'Data Entry Module' : This modul enable user to input New Data of the medicine, New data of Pharmacy
2.'Edit Data Module' : This module enable user to edit data of the medicine, data of Pharmacy, data contract.
3.'Input new contract' : This module enable user to input new contract with Pharmacy. It will input list of new medicine(if there are some new medicine) with price and input new price of old medicine (as well as update the current price)
4. Show contracts from all vendor (pharmacy)

6. Searching medicine and showing respective result (with price, vendor name, contract name, contract date)
7. Upload modul. To upload list of medicini from computer (with excell format)

1. I will create the system in ASP/MS-Access or PHP/MySql (whichever suits you).
2. I will create a password protected admin section with operator and supervisor. Supervisor will have all the rights and operator with limited rights.
3. You will be able to add/edit/delete Medicine detail, Pharmacy detail & Medicine contract. I have understood the renewal process.
4. You would be able to view or search any medicine, pharmacy and contract with various search options.
5. You would be able to upload all data by importing/uploading Excel CSV.
6. You would be able to backup the database.
7. The system will log the actions and the time performed by different users.
8. I will finish the entire project within within 7 days including testing.
