Joomla component to parse Safarinow XML feed

I need a Joomla component that will parse the XML (affiliate) feed from Safarinow.com. It is free to sign up with them. Once logged in you can view the XML integration instructions within your affiliate account. The XML needs to be downloaded into the Joomla database, and update monthly (via a cronjob) I want a component for Joomla where I can simply insert my affiliate ID, then choose which types of accommodation to display and the level of detail to include. This must be a component written for at least Joomla 1.5+, and must be simple to set/choose the options for display. It must on the front end display categories of listings, and also have a view single listing view. The budget is only $200-$250.
