I have built development website in Bootstrap 3 using Adobe Dreamweaver. This site has a persistent bug with viewport in both Safari and Chrome on an iPhone 4. The site is fine when viewed in portrait/vertical format but when the phone is in landscape/wide format, only the left 320px of the screen is occupied by the site page. The rest of the screen is the dark green of the <body> background colour. The top navbar does stretch to fill the screen, but the rest of the site, contained in .container-fluid divs, does not, and as far as I can see, there is nothing stopping the site from stretching to fill the width of the phone screen. I have a Joomla website template with 6 sub-pages that I purchased. I have a hard time customizing it with Joomla editors. I would like to convert the entire template to Java Script and PhP so I can edit the page easily in DreamWeaver or similar. The template is hosted on (I also have the template in a zip file). I need it to check every 10 minutes and if one of the IP addresses is alive in the list, the script should alert me with an email. Their site uses a query like the following.
