Hello, I need someone knowledgeable with Perl/ CGI and is very good with HTML, CSS and JS. The task involves styling all pages (mostly CSS and JS) for my application which is designed with Perl/ CGI and has a very old table based styling. Although styling is the major task, the person applying needs to be good with Perl and CGI too as there are some alterations/ additions expected in some of the CGI scripts.
