Simple job: I need an a4 sheet for my 4 business locations with a QR code asking for a review. It should look like the attached image (named review). It's just a simple a4 sheet with a logo, then company location, then qr code, then review us on google image - one for each location. I need 4 pages of A4 - each with the logo (attached) for "I Love My Ears" the office name under the logo: - Manchester - Sale - Bolton - Bury The QR code for that office (attached) And review us on Google image (take from the link below) That's it - very simple, should take 20 mins to do.
