This project is comprised of a hollow copper cylinder with a threaded interior. One end of the cylinder is closed with a 30mm hole in its center, a screw-on cover for the other end also with a 30mm hole in the center. There are copper disks inside whose outer edge is threaded matching the inside of the cylinder. There are some Taps on the outside for mounting an adapter and the copper adapter which is a simple leg square "U" shaped leg for connectivity. The designer awarded with the contract will need to fill out a corporate NDA and then receive the design files and specifications.
This unit is an important component in our overall system. It is comprised of a multilayered copper rectangular box with very specific shapes cut out of it, and many tap points, as well as holes passing through the walls. This design includes top and bottom cover plates as well as two simple antenna covers as accessories. We would like to have SolidWorks Flow Simulation analyze the air flow over a product we are developing. There are two air streams with different temperatures. We want to evaluate how well they get mixed. We already have the part assembly designed in SolidWorks.

I am looking for someone to design a camera slider based on IGUS W Profiled Rails and Drylin components. The slider should be 5 foot long using two 40mm rails and 4 bearing blocks. The sliding carriage should be able to use both standard and hybrid bearings and these should be interchangeable. The carriage should have a raised platform, known as a hi-hat, that can take a 150mm tripod bowl. The platform should be able to be disassembled for transport and maintenance. The bracing should allow for 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch connections to be made for supporting stands and the end caps should allow for feet and accessories to be screwed in and out. All additional machined components (not off the shelf items) should use 6082 aluminium. Other items such as fasteners can be off the shelf items. Please allow tolerances for anodising the parts that will need to be machined as well as making sure that the design takes into account machining tolerances that will allow efficient operation. You can use whatever CAD or 3D software you like but I'd like the final file as a DWG file as well as a rendered image and if possible the G code for machining each individual part and an itenery of the raw stock needed. I am developing a modular chassis system for the popular AR-styled sporting rifle. Though the various contract manufacturing opportunities and businesses i affiliate with, the development for this system is still a question for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms. I must submit a prototype of the system in a letter of determination to deem its legality of sale through FFL's or accessory outlets. I am a one man business at the moment, and my rapid prototyping strategies help me move these types of projects faster. I am looking for a CAD designer who understands the mechanical concepts of an AR variant. The inner workings are not hard to understand, and plenty of military spec CAD models of AR lower receivers are available online.
