Let's say i have a daily goal to achieve 156 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbohydrates and 186 grams of fat. Then I have a list of keto foods that I have to have the correct weight in grams for each ingredient, and all the keto foods amount to 156 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbohydrates and 186 grams of fat.
