Attached in the files are is an angular project. The requirement is that: 1) When user is at bottom of scrolling window text should auto scroll. 2) When user scrolls up text does not auto scroll 3) When user scrolls back to bottom of window text should start scrolling again. The problem is that while this works for text of small length, if adding text of long length logic breaks. It probably has to do with length of scroll going outside of threshold value for long text.
