I am not looking to spend more than $500 on this. Please do not bid higher than that. I prefer coders that have experience with doing this, and may pay more for such coders if they can provide proof of past experience doing the same thing. Please read the attached document which describes the project requirements in detail. The summary is: We need a web based interface to convert data in our SQL 2000 database (which is driving our website) to a CSV file format that will import into Ebay's Turbolister 2 program. Attached are the project details, and SQL database layout and example.
