Forms and Information for online store needed

The steps I would take would be to have a meeting with you to find out as much as I can about the type of business you are opening. I would then apply on your behalf for any licenses or permits that you may need on your behalf. The fees for these licenses vary greatly and are not included in this quote. All permits and forms will be scanned and emailed to you as well as the state/IRS will mail you copies as well. Because of my accounting background, I will also discuss with you the requirements by the IRS and NY state as far as record keeping and share some best processes that I have seen work for other businesses.

Please specify the structure of your business ? If a LLC, is it registered in NY or other state like Delaware ? 2) What products do you intend to sell ?
