MQL4 Programming - Metatrader

Hello, I manage a metatrader programing website and need a new coder to join our team. You will be getting an average of 2 EA/indicators to code per week but it is soon going to be a lot more, that is why I am searching for new coders. Requirements: Please only serious coders, that have a very very very good knowledge of MQL4 programming. I have wasted too much time with people that call themselves programmers but are anything but programmers. Don't waste your time and mine if you are not a professional. Be available online for a decent period of the day (it doesn't matter on what time frame) What's important is for you to check if there's new customer requests at least 2 times per day - let's say once in the morning and once in the afternoon. You will be responsible to answer client's questions. Ask them questions to clarify what exactly they need in order for your programming to be easier and less headache. Replying to a customer must be in less than 24 hours , this is very IMPORTANT! Note: not all the requests you handle will be converted into sales. This means that sometimes you are going to give quotes, but the client may not purchase our services (go to competitor or just curious on how much it will cost) That is part of the business. After-sales follow-up: You may need to assist the client on how to load his coded EA/indicator. If any bug is reported from the client, it is our duty to fix it. Sometimes, we also add some new features for the client if it doesn't take too much time. As far as the budget range is involved. It is not relevant for the moment. Instead, once you are interviewed I will send you a project and you will need to give me a quote for it. It will give me an idea of what your average cost for programs is. ## Platform depends on the client
