CMS maintenance and technical support

We need dedicated customer and technical support to maintain our CMS. We don't have the CMS picked yet, so name your preferred CMS and we can see if it will work for us. We prefer Joomla, Drupal, DotNetNuke, or Orchard. Orchard is our favorite right now because we have a .Net developer that we use for other projects. So, if you now Asp.Net and MVC and are willing to learn Orchard you will certainly get our attention. We support several Universities that are currently using a proprietary CMS built by a company that has not performed as well as we would like. We need someone available 24/7 to provide support if there are technical support issues with the CMS or with our hosting. There is potential to work very little and still get a decent paycheck every month. The bidding is for maintaining 5 domains and their CMS' for one year. We have 5 domains right now, and would pay your per domain. So if your bid is $4000 per year, you are saying you are willing to maintain 1 domain and its CMS for about $67 per month. We will be adding domains in the future to which you must have the capacity to add up to 5 more domains in the next year, but you will be paid an agreed upon monthy fee for any domain we add. Customer service and timeliness are just as important as technical skill for this contract.
