My approach to this project would be to first create a detailed 3d model of the telescoping hand held stick/pole, including the LED light, buttons, and other components. I would then use Autodesk Maya, a professional animation software, to bring the model to life. I would use keyframe animation to program the stick/pole to extend and retract when the buttons are pressed. I would also animate the LED light to blink and change color when the buttons are pressed. I have several years of experience using Autodesk Maya and have a good understanding of keyframe animation. I believe I have the skillset to bring this product to life in 3d animation. I am not sure how much time this project will require, however, if you have an hourly rate I can provide you with an approximation of the time needed.
