2D Sprites and tiles for a platform RTS game (repost)

Antek will be a real-time strategy game with platformer-like view. Its mechanics will be similar to Settlers 1 and Cultures 2 with some additions. The space and resources are limited, so the player will have to climb higher and higher. To do so, he has to discover new tools and structures, fight enemies and solve puzzles. I have already started the work but unfortunately, I cannot get in touch with the artist who made it anymore. The assets i have are only pngs without layers, while original images were vectors that I don't have. That's why I think only some images may be reused, most must be done from scratch. But existing ones can be used as a concept :) It can be found here: [login to view URL] Graphics can be done as a pixels or vectors. In any case, I would like to receive original images (with layers, objects etc.). I have tried to list as many things as I can think of that are needed for a couple of first levels. All ideas are more than welcome. The list can be found in the attachment. When we agree to start the work, I will split it into smaller pieces so it will be easier to schedule the work and payment. If everything is fine, I will have more request.
