I need an engineer to provide structural design for a house build in Thailand
Technology used is Concrete post and beam with non-load bearing brick infill.
You will receive a sketch up model, (available to download from 3D warehouse)

Before you start drawing you provide general information on the design such as Quantity of columns and footings, beam thickness, type of and thickness of steel bars etc.
Sketch up model most contain details of steel bars and stirrups on all structural parts.
You must have experience in construction in conjunction with the technology stated above.
You must not submit the project to 3rd party.
You must have experience in Google sketch up.
