Need to solve an MQTT broker bug / issue on Arduino

I realize that my keep alive is working. Have tried several types of mqtt brokers. Happens the same at all .. tried IBM bluemix and ardino client.

Has a mqtt on an ESP8266

The problem I experience as a result:

I put keepalive to 100 sec. If my client is off online in 60sec then "try" it reconnects it does not have to plug in when keepliev is 100 so the packet should be sent to broaker without having to log in again as long as it is inenn for 100 see.

Have also pinned with a local mqtt broker but the same happens then.

Is there any error in my code?

Is there any mistake / missing in the Broker?

Someone who helps me solve my problem.

I have successfully resolved a similar keepalive timeout issue while working on POC for RFID based employee tracking system integrated with NodeMCU.

I have experience with MQTT protocol. I used mosquito broker and a broker writes in C# on my server. So I think I can help you fix your issue.
