We have a Word Document and an Excel Spread Sheet. In the Excel file we have @ 350 products with various fields. We have 5 fields in the Word Document. One of the fields in the Word Document needs to be updated with a long product description contained in the Excel file. The other 4 fields in the Word Doc do not change. So this project involves taking one field only in the Excel file, reformatting it so it can fit in the Word Document section and creating two files to complete the project. One is a pdf file and one is a Word Doc. It should take a knowledgable person somewhere between 1-4 hours tops. 4 hours would be if you had to manually enter every description but we think someone who can copy and paste an Excel file into a Word document, and adjust the Word document format will be able to do this fairly quickly. We will not consider anyone's bid who bids more then one day for the time.
