Our family-owned business is expanding and looking to hire a full time, experienced Bookkeeper to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance requirements for our business clientele. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable, stable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide day to day quality administration and timely processing of payroll for assigned accounts.
• Enter and manage employee data in the payroll system.
•Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
• Must be dependable and available M-F 3-4 hours daily
• Proven skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior Quickbooks usage required
• Stay up to date on payroll rules and regulations.
