Draw 2 Color Renderings of a House

Hello and thank you for considering my project! I am hiring a designer to provide 2 color drawings of a house we are building for a flyer. I will provide a PDF containing a black and white wireframe image of the front of the house and the floor plan. The designer will provide: 1.) A color rendering of the front of the house, including landscaping and colors selected by me. 2.) A color rendering of the floor plan of the house, including different colors and/or patterns for flooring. 3.) The source files for both drawings. After the initial drawing of each rendering. The designer agrees to make up to 3 revisions of each drawing, if necessary. This is a single-story home with 2300 sq. ft. of living space. This is a simple project. I am looking for someone who can do this quickly and inexpensive. I am very easy to work with and can provide numerous future projects. ## Deliverables I have included the front elevation to review...
