Location: Freelancer should only be based out of Jaipur, India. Task: I want to get a Multi Vendor Marketplace developed where vendors (consultants and sellers in this case) would be coming and posting their listings. The listings would be of 2 kinds- 1. Product listing and 2. Consulting service listing. If the customer avails any of the consulting service then post payment, a system generated telephonic call would connect the customer to the vendor (consultant in this case). The consultation would happen on telephone (the duration of which has to be tracked and would be based on the service bought by the user). The consultant can recommend products to the user, which they would be buying post the telephonic conversation from the same marketplace. For this consultation to happen, the user will also be sharing some documents, images with the consultant immediately before the telephonic conversation starts. Some of these documents would be system generated reports. Platform: I would like to get it developed on one of the known CMS which is available so that troubleshooting and maintenance is easier. Budget: My budget is Rs. 1 Lakh and this includes the money which will be spent on buying the CMS, graphics, PG integration etc. If the freelancer is able to find an open source/cost effective CMS for this task then he takes away the surplus.
