Web hook active campaign to google sms

Hi, i see you need a webhook that would send a google voice sms upon completion of a process. I can get this done for you very quickly, am a well seasoned developer with over 8yrs experience, you can be assured a job well done. But i need to know, what kinda hook do you want? is it for a specific platform or framework? or something like a url which u can ping from your site or campaign system to send the voice sms... Also, what kinda campaign system do you have in place? Would be great to hear from you. Cheers.
