Javascript exit pop-up (similar to "exit grabber" URGENT

Hi, I would need a similar javascript as exit grabber ([login to view URL]), except that it must use cookies so it does pop up only ones for a visitor, not everytime he/she leaves the site. So basicly when someone is about to leave the site and moves mouse cursor to address bar or "close window", a javascript based window pops up a html page to the screen and it can be used for advertisement or email opt-in. It should also work so that, if it's added to several webpages within a site, I'll pop-up when leaving the whole site, not when for example clicking an internal link. I'm in a bit hurry, so would need quite fast contact. I have already one script, which is basicly what I need, but it has 2 flaws; 1. when fallowing an internal link within a website (from a page to another), it doesn't pop-up anymore when leaving the site 2. It only pops up when cursor is on "close window", not when cursor is moved for example address bar I can provide this script as basis if one thinks it might help. Should be fairly easy for someone with proper skills. I'll pay $50 for the script and short instructions on how to use it. Thanks and please contact soon!
