Cloud-based Database Application for an Export Management Company

A cloud-based application to handle export documentation for an Export Management Company (On SharePoint cloud-based server) The database should allow me to manage the following business aspects: 1. Customers/International Buyers (Customers Module) a. Add new customers b. Edit existing customers c. Delete customers d. Create, edit and print quotations e. Create, edit and print customer orders f. Create, edit and print Proforma Invoices g. Create, edit and print commercial invoices (special forms design is required) h. Create, edit and print packing list (special forms design is required) i. Produce some reports for business analysis purposes 2. Suppliers/Local producers a. Add new suppliers b. Edit existing suppliers c. Delete suppliers d. Create, edit and print Request For Quotations e. Create, edit and print Local Purchase Orders f. Produce some reports for business analysis purposes 3. Freight Forwarders a. Add new freight forwarders b. Edit existing freight forwarders c. Delete freight forwarders d. Create, edit and print request for quotation e. Create, edit and print purchase orders f. Create, edit and print forwarding instructions (special forms design is required) g. Produce some reports for business analysis purposes 4. Products portfolio a. Add, edit and delete products b. Produce some reports for business analysis purposes General points: 1. In the above points the word “print” means exporting to pdf and print 2. The above represents the components and features of a Relational Database 3. There is no workflows required to manage the database 4. The database should better allow me to migrate the current data in Excel sheets to the database.
