Spinning wheel in j2Me

I need to display a spinning "wheel of fortune" feature on feature phones. The motion should be fluent and it must be possible to slow the wheel down and stop it on a desired position. The visual area should be approximately 240 pixels by 240 pixels. The wheel should have around 15 value- and stop positions. Each of these (pie shaped) positions should have a different color and value (a simple numeric or text value that is visible during the spin and readable once the wheel stopped. It is not necessary to show the wheel in birdseye view, it can be in perspective or any other positions, just as long as the visual representation looks fluent and convincing. There is no need to make impressive graphics, just something that will demonstrate the code's visual effectiveness.
