Walkie Talkie app for smartphones (like voxer)

We want app similar to voxer ([login to view URL]) This is a Walkie Talkie application for smartphones. Voxer lets you to send instant audio, text and photo messages to friends (one or more!) within a buddy list. Messages stream live as you talk and your friends join you live or listen later. The project shall cover smartphone's clients, servers, and interfaces to 3rd parties. Client's user interfaces shall be similar for all different types of end devices (smartphones). Language shall be easily adapted and translated for attending different regions language requirement. Server hosting shall be specified and installation must be performed by the contracted freelancer. The client app shall be available for iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and Android devices. Budget around 350 EUR. It must covere all necessary licenses that might be needed. Integration with open source pieces are allowed. Complete documentation and source code shall be made available after final system acceptance, and before final payment.
