Sharepoint & ASP.net Customizations

We are looking for an experienced Sharepoint and ASP.net developer to customize a sharepoint portal for us. Must be experienced in both technologies, and in sharepoint cloud deployment (for sharepoint installs that are not on local network servers, but on hosted servers on the web) Our goal is to transform our existing sharepoint site from an internal communication tool, into a customer portal. We need our customers to be able to log in using forms authentication (not windows accounts) and see only their cases/support tickets, and projects. We need a developer who can not only set up forms authentication (like with an asp.net membership provider) but also is familiar with how to customize sharepoint so that users can only see data for their specific company. Also our end users should not have access to any site editing tools to change their page layouts or the global page layouts/site content. Our sharepoint installation is running on a windows VPS which is used only for sharepoint. The VPS is running WSS 3.0 and MS SQL Express 2008 R2.
