2D MMORPG Game Engine with Client

EDIT: The above picture is a MOCKUP only. I. General Overview a. Massively Multiplayer Role-Playing Game b. Client language (java, C++, C#) using SDL or similar so that it can be ported to other operating systems besides Windows like Linux or MacOS. c. Simulated Isometric 2D game engine that can be rotated 4 directions (N,S,E,W) d. Scripted AD&D Rules and Theme e. Real-Time Travel with Turn-Based combat f. Everything is clickable, everything is an object g. Limited Physics system h. Shadows and Light system i. Environment system j. Scripted (Jscript, or similar) customization and events k. XML based Interfaces/in game windows are script driven, created, and interacted with. See attached .zip file for a much more detailed game spec sheet. Engine must include scripts and graphics to atleast demonstrate the basic ideas defined in the attached zip file under scriptable game content. Graphics can be provided from Ultima 7 (copyright Origin) game sources as .gif or .pcx images for demonstration purposes to test game engine. See below for Ultima 7 game details. Game will closely resemble the Ultima 7 and the Open Source Exult game engine logic for movemnt and object interraction. A copy of the Ultima 7 and Exult game engine can be provided for evaluation to clarify above game ideas. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run on Win98SE and newer Windows Platforms. Must be coded with SDL or similar graphics engine that is portable to Linux and MacOS. (Porting is not required)
