Game Sprite Maker

Hello, I'm seeking for a developer that can code a full-featured sprite maker program. It would be similar to the software attached to this post, please check them. I want it to be a RPG Maker XP character maker. The source sprites i can provide, so this is not a problem, but the program need to following features (plus the features of the software i attached): - Saving and loading PNG (8 and 24 bit), BMP, GIF, JPG - Expandable. It should have a folder called "resources", and the sub-folders are the different sprite styles avaible. If the program have the following folders on "resources" folder: Default, Style 2, Style K. On the program menu, where the user selects the style, it should appear automatically: Default, Style 2 and Style K. Also, each style folder need a structure based on the sprite addons. Ex.: hair, boots, skin, eyes, etc. - If possible, the program should support RPG Maker XP and 2000/2003 versions, if you need a example of generator for 2003, visit: charas-project.net. This is not necessary if its gonna cause trouble and turn the code difficult ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
