Shopping Bag with Special Features

Shopping bag Site Customizations We are hiring for a programming component and a design (frontend) component. We would be interested in hiring either one person who can do both features, or a programmer and a designer/scripter to do each part separately. We are planning to use an existing ecommerce solution and modify it for our needs. This job will involve the customizations needed and payment will be for the labor performed. In terms of programming, we need a web store that allows for a special function. This special function is a shopping bag feature where 10 items (of a certain grouping) receive a discount as a “case price”. There are applications that have a case price feature but this will need to allow 10 DIFFERENT items to constitute a case. We prefer to have this coded in .Net, but are open to hearing other proposals. For frontend, The store should include all the advanced functionality found in competitive high-end shopping cart solutions. The site should have a nicely-designed frontend feature of Drag and Drop placement of items into boxes (the “cases”). This "Drag and Drop" feature should allow the user to click on the item that they would like to purchase and drop it into the boxes for purchase.
