1) I need to have you add a tab on top of my [login to view URL] home page called employers. Then we need to be able to add the employers contact data for each employer. Also we need to be able to assign to employers recruits that were hired by the employer and keep a listing of recruits by employer. ? ?

7) cost / lead = cost per lead
8) cost/ graduated = cost per graduate
9) lead/ graduate = %
