Imap Email Setup & Integration Into Bootstrap CRM

We have an inhouse CRM which has a custom built mailing / ticketing system which is very slow and clunky. We are looking to replace this with a better open source solution which can provide superfast access and reliability. You will need to provide us with a web based front end fully integrated with our current custom bootstrap layout. Key Features - Simple web based front end with Gmail like functionality - Add new accounts via our current crm dashboard (choose user and allocate username@ + any alias - Admin MUST have the ability to view email accounts from ANY user on the system - Have the ability to add additional functionality to the email front end i.e send document set from dropdown list We need this to happen ASAP and are looking to start right away.
