Fix Scrollbars on Flash site

There are currently more than one type of scrollbar on our new website that we are working on at [login to view URL] . We need all of the scrollbars to look exactly the same. If they can all be the flash scrollbar that would be great but if not we will accept the default scrollbar on all the pages. Either way they need to be all the same scrollbar. The issue that our current coder has advised is that the scrollbars were created using different methods with some in CMS and he has not been able to change them. If anyone knows how to fix this without needing to redevelop the whole site and to have it completed within 24 hours please bid on this project. If this is not possible then please give the earliest time frame that you can resolve the issue. ## Deliverables The main thing is that the scrollbars work correctly and it can be completed in 24 hours.
