I have over 15 years work experience, designing, prototyping and launching different devices/systems across multiple industries. I could help with your project. It will not be a wallet but an etui. The wallet is not resistant enough and will lead to broke the vials with the insulin. In this etui will be necessary to accommodate the tester, the syringe (which could be simple or automatic) and few vials. Depending on your purpose (selling just the etui, or selling it equipped with all necessary) the design process is different. Basically I could design a master etui which could accommodate different foam formed inserts which to fit for different situation.
