We have a database server running Windows Server 2008R2, IIS 7 and SQL Server 2008R2 . Our database company has developed a landing page on the IIS server which gives login access to certain parts of the database. Currently it is accessed from the outside by going to the static IP address of the landing page through a rule in the firewall. We would like to 1) have the landing page go to an https:\\[url removed, login to view]\dblogin -- or something similiar - HTTPS certificate a must. 2) We would like to review the Active Directory security aspects of the user specified in IIS - which we has too many rights. We have access the database support people and they have a good knowledge of their database and SQL but don't support the IIS aspects. I have thorough knowledge of the internal network, applications, servers, etc. We also have someone that specializes with the Cisco firewall.

Dear Sir, We have read your Project Description but unable to understand what do you want from our side? Can you please explain it more in detail? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, LEADconcept
Hi! I'm a SQL Server expert, VB.Net developer and software integrator, Ihave configured IIS virtual paths, impersonating, ACL permissions and so on. Thanks in advance!
If It's W2008R2 I suppose the IIS will be 7.5 version so I'll use an ARR proxy on IIS for the landing page. Currently I'm administering many platforms over IIS with SQL Server 2008
