Database and 5 simple reports created for Asterisk system

Client is looking for the development of a SQL or MySQL database to receive data from a third party and parse into fields that can be used to compile different ad hoc reports. The phone system is Asterisk based and will automatically export the data into the database you create. This is the schema of the data being imported into your database that you create: src - Source of call dst - Destination of call callLength - duration of call in seconds disposition - Information about call status -- NO ANSWER, FAILED, ANSWERED, etc. callDate - date and time of call callType -- inbound, outbound, ext2ext, etc. accountCode -- for future use userField - for future use This is a very simple database structure and considered a easy project. We will also need 5 reports created such as By Agent By Day, By Agent for Date Range, By Team, AGENT DETAIL REPORT and QUEUE SUMMARY REPORT. I can provide the examples of these reports to you.
