Our Customer Care Team works closely to delight customers as often as possible over the phone or by email. Measuring customer happiness can be tricky, but we believe that a really fast and personal reply inherently makes people happy.

> Have customer service experience, and LOVE helping customers over the phone or by email.
> Speak and write excellent English.
> Be reliable, consistent, organized and have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and consistent discipline to follow up and follow through.
> Be passionate about your own self-improvement, looking for opportunities to grow, and be comfortable working as part of a multi-office team.
> You must have a very quiet location to work from with high speed Internet.
