I have been in the sales, retail, food and banking industry for over six years and in the last four months I have worked as Technical Support and Customer Service Representative in a BPO Company. One of the most fulfilling aspects about the job is overcoming initial client resistance through persuasion, and offering clients tailored solutions that best meet their particular needs. I enjoy the challenges and like developing good client relations and trust.
