We are looking for an experienced call center from India/Philippines for outbound calls process to generate sales/leads in dental industry in Canada. It is B2B calls to dental offices. It is a long term project. Offer can be made with cost per seat basis with incentive for each sales generated. A turnkey option with commission only on each sales can also be considered. 2-3 seats will be put to trial for a month. Based on the performance of trial period seats will be increased. The budget of $250-750 is per seat total cost (infrastructure+resource) Submit your bid with complete company profile, credentials and references.

We are an American owned call center based in the Philippines and we are in the business for a year now and we are expanding very quick simply because of the quality and service we provide to all our international clients. We have good agents that can really speak good English, agents that can do good customer service. We have all the equipments that every center needed to run the business. Hello! I am very interested in applying for your job opening. I have 6 years call center experience including customer service and inbound/ outbound sales. I am very fluent in English as I studied in International School and all my teachers were American so I was able to adapt their way in speaking the language. I am also an expert in sales as this is one of the skills that I've learned working in the call center industry. In making a sale you don't have to brag about the benefit of once product but you have to make them realize that they need this product that we are offering in order for the customer to think that they should have it. It is like painting a picture in the customers mind letting them imagine what will be the positive outcome if they purchase your product. I am able to start asap and able to work full time as this is y bread and butter from now on since I decide to work full time at home. Meaning I am aiming to work at my best and establish a long term working relationship to my clients. I am also handling a group of telemarketers who has been an expert in this field since all of us came from call center that specializes in sales. I think my team will be an asset to your company.
