Ecommerce sales channel optimizing and managing

Project Title: Ecommerce sales channel optimizing and managing I am currently using Shopify as my ecommerce platform, source of truth and sellbrite to push and pull data to sales channels. I am looking for a freelancer who can help me optimize my social media sales channel specifically targeting adults aged 15-60. We have a total of 4 brands, from porcelain animal figurines, wind up toys, to snow globes, jewelry and home decor. We are looking for a teammate who can identify all of the sales channels we should be on: tiktok, ig, facebook, youtube, etsy, ebay, walmart, amazon- all the while maintaining our brand identity- focusing on organic and authentic communication and growth. Responsibilities: - Analyze current social media presence and identify areas for improvement and execute plans - Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms - Create and manage social media campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Focus on organic growth - Ensure we are on all the of the necessary platforms: tiktok, etsy, walmart, ebay, amazon, facebook and others Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in optimizing social media sales channels, preferably within the ecommerce industry - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices - Strong understanding of the target demographic and ability to tailor content and campaigns accordingly - Proficiency in using social media management tools to schedule posts, track metrics, and monitor customer interactions - Creative mindset and ability to develop engaging and visually appealing social media content - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team - Hands on- willingness to roll up sleeves and get at it:) If you have a passion for ecommerce and a track record of successfully optimizing social media sales channels, I would love to hear from you.
