Hello I'm an Illustrator and would like to hire an After Effects Animator to make my illustration of a girl blink and have her eyes glance slightly every so often. It's mostly about a nice blink. It is drawn in Photoshop 300dpi high res. I have layered the Left & Right eye into parts such as Eyelid, eye open, eyeshut, eyeball. I can do an average job, but I'm after something more fluid and professional technique. I'll need the file returned as a After Effects project so I can animate the background behind her. Hello Sir, I am a Professional Video Editor with 5 years experience. I can help you very well for this project. I will animate the girl but before that I want to tell you that Photoshop/Illustrator file should be in different layers. It will be much better, if you show me file. because sometimes client just paste photo to photoshop and called it photoshop file. So don't worry, If the cartoon is made kn photoshop ao I will animate it. I had did many projects of animating a picture or flat diagram.
