Rotoscoping Music Video - Collaborating with Director/Editor (Pre-Edited)

My name is Monica. I run a small productions company and we are a black women owned business. We have a few select clients that have been with us for many years. We are editing a video for our longtime client Al Staehely for an upcoming re-release of a song that he wrote over 30 years ago "Feel the Heat". We need to "spice up" the video and make it more modern with some overlay animation graphics and rotoscoping.
