Interactivity with HTML5 and MySQL

This project will present a board with n X m tiles to the user. Each tile will initially display mandarin characters and with each click, it will cycle through an animated GIF, unicode text and MP3 audio. The purpose of the page is to reinforce the learning of Mandarin through interactive activities. The data objects for the board will be read from a database. This database will be created as part of the project, preferably in MySQL The page should render correctly on web browsers and tablet devices using HTML5. Users will cycle through the objects (e.g. mandarin characters, animated images, text and audio) using mouse or keyboard clicks on web browsers or touch/swipes on tablets. Examples of previous work with HTML5 effects and/or database [login to view URL] appreciated. A simple mock-up or demo is also appreciated. Individuals preferred over teams or brokers. This is the second in a series of similar projects so there is additional projects for the right candidate. Let me know if you are interested.
