Fix my S3 Issues

I have a project with static assets stored on s3. All of a sudden my site cannot access all JS files, getting error 403. Even in the s3 console these files show as Access Denied, however this problem only seems to affect JS files (CSS and images seem ok). Investigate and fix. Looking for someone to do this straight away. Thanks
