I would like to create the first version of a mobile application for iOS and Android. The app needs to contain a web server and interface, wireframes can be provided. The project must be completed before the end of 2014. Some of the features of the desired app are the following ones: - There are two types of users. Depending on the kind of user the interface and features will be slightly different. - It requires a Tinder-like-concept, where a type of user has to choose between the other group of users. Instead of a chat the contact is done by calling to the telephone. The chat option can be taken into consideration though. - The web server supporting the app needs to keep and display micro-videos of 6-10 seconds for one type of users. - Displayed users in the feed will depend on tags and geolocalization (>1.5km from the other user location). Tags will be stablished during the edition of users profile. - An admin panel is required to change content, language and add fake users. - Design is also required, despite that the wireframes provide a close look and feel of the final product. The limit of the budget is 6.000$ and it needs to be completed before the year ends. Our company will provide a Product Manager to keep control of the whole process and milestones.
